Data and purposes

We record your name, contact details and appointment information to organise treatments and handle enquiries. Notes are optional: do not include medical information. Offers and loyalty alerts are sent only if you choose the corresponding option; you can change this preference in your customer account.

Access and retention

Records are accessible to authorised administrators. Intended retention: 24 months after your last interaction, subject to applicable obligations. The owner must arrange the corresponding deletions.

Hosting and communications

The website uses Sites hosting, Cloudflare D1 and Cloudflare R2 storage. Email delivery requires a provider configured by the salon. Google Maps and Instagram links open only on request. No advertising or analytics tools are installed.

Cancellation

Online cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this deadline, contact the salon. This policy remains provisional until approved by the owner.
